Comments Off November 8 is a big day for New Jersey as the sports betting referendum is to be held on this date and both Republican and Democratic lawmakers are eagerly waiting this day. Both the parties are preparing hard to change the federal Professional Amateur Sports Protection Act which prohibits sports betting all over the United States, excluding a few states. If all goes well on November 8, regulated sports betting will be permitted in the state of New Jersey once appropriate laws are formed. The bill will be signed in as a law by the governor once the Senate and the House pass it. Continue
