In their 43 year old history the New Orleans Saints have finally won for the first time the Super Bowl. They won 31-17 against the Indianapolis Colts at the Sun Life Arena in Miami last night. Watch the video highlights below.

The New Orleans Saints are the NFC champions and they had to recovered from quite a slow start in the match to deny the Colts a win. The Colts previously won the Super Bowl in the same stadium 3 years ago against the Chicago Bears.

The Colts were trailing 24-17, and needed a touchdown to bring the game into overtime, but Manning had his pass intercepted by Tracy Porter, who ran 74-yards for a touchdown that killed sealed their victory. A lot of guys made some money when they did some NFL betting on this game. “We just believed in ourselves. We knew we had the entire city and maybe the entire country behind us. Mardi Gras may never end. The celebrations may never end,” he said.
